Federal & State Compliance

The Federal Pipeline Safety Code (Title 49, Chapters 191 & 192) comprises the backbone of the nation's gas system regulations. Individual states will author and enforce a secondary set of statutes intended to enhance the Federal guidelines. Compliance for any system requires the adherence to both the State and Federal mandates.
